Relationship: Listen: Prayers and Poetry

-->
                       Relationship

                        Life given in sacrifice

                        still continues

                        ready to supply all needs

                        looking eagerly every morning

                        seeking fellowship

                        relationship

                        love poured out as

                        steadfast inheritance

                        redeeming past—present—future

                        listening to heart prayers.

Faith Seeds: Prayers and Poetry

Truth?

Pilate’s question
‘What is truth’
continues through
the decades; man’s
challenge to define
individual steps,
choose a personal
path directed by
own compass.

Working by external
gratification
missing true
relationship. Your
heartbeat of love;
waits patiently,
promised way
now and eternal
only answer.

Faith Seeds: Prayers and Poetry

Reflection Questions

1.     How difficult is it for us to accept that the One who created all also wants to speak with each of us one-to-one?

2.     What do we lose when we resist His ‘ownership’?

3.     Why do we often build up our own defined worlds instead? Out of arrogance? Or fear? Or…..?
